Refund policy
At Kimkashi, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and a seamless shopping experience. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and to prevent the misuse of our services, we adhere to the following policy:
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
To be eligible for a return:
Timeframe: You must initiate a request within 24 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Proof: You must provide a clear, unedited opening/unboxing video (from start to finish) as proof of the condition upon arrival.
Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Note: Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Please email our support team at support@kimkashi.com within 24 hours of receipt.
Your email must include:
Your Order ID
The Opening/Unboxing Video
High-resolution images of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and provide a resolution within 24–48 hours.
3. Timeline for Returns
Request Window: Within 24 hours of delivery.
Dispatch Window: Once approved, the return must be shipped back to us within 7 days.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and passed a quality inspection.
For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly ineligible for returns:
Items without unboxing video proof.
Used, worn, or altered items.
Products missing original packaging or tags.
Earrings: For hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned unless a clear manufacturing defect is proven via the unboxing video.
Items purchased during a Sale or using a discount code.
6. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping arrangements (and costs) will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Kimkashi team.
7. Exchange Policy
To maintain operational efficiency, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you desire a different piece, please place a new order on our website.
8. Important Considerations
Kimkashi reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the criteria mentioned above.
Repeated misuse of this policy may result in the suspension of future ordering privileges.
Earring Posts & Alignment
Our Stainless Steel collection is chosen for its strength and hypoallergenic properties. Due to the rigidity of this metal, some posts may have a slight, permanent angle from the manufacturing process. Do not attempt to bend or forcefully straighten stainless steel posts, as the metal is brittle and may snap. Such minor alignments do not affect the wearability of the piece and are not considered defects.
Handling & Breakage
Kimkashi is not responsible for any damage or breakage caused by the customer attempting to adjust, bend, or repair the jewellery. Any item broken due to "forceful adjustment" will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Aesthetic Variations
Minor differences in color, luster, or design due to professional photography lighting or individual screen resolutions are a natural part of the online shopping experience and are not considered defects.
Handcrafted Details
Minor variations in symmetry, stone alignment, or size are natural occurrences in the production of intricate jewellery. Such subtle differences do not affect the integrity or wearability of the piece and are not eligible for return or exchange.
