At Kimkashi, we are dedicated to ensuring your curated pieces reach you safely, swiftly, and in pristine condition.


1. Delivery Timeline

Processing: Orders are meticulously prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically reach our customers within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Note: While we strive for punctuality, timelines may occasionally vary due to courier delays, extreme weather, or peak festive seasons.


2. Shipping Charges

Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1,499.
Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹150 is applied to orders below ₹1,499 to cover premium handling and secure transit.

Final shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.


3. Real-Time Tracking

As soon as your order departs our studio, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email. This allows you to follow your Kimkashi journey in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.


4. Delivery Guidelines

To ensure a seamless experience, please:

Provide a comprehensive address (including House No., Street, and a nearby Landmark).
Ensure the provided contact number is active and reachable for our courier partners.


5. Secure Receipt & Proof of Delivery

Tamper Check: If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To protect your purchase, recording a continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any claims regarding damage or missing items. Claims without valid video proof may not be eligible for resolution.


6. Our Logistics Partners

We partner with India’s leading couriers—including Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Ecom Express—to ensure reliable service across the country.


7. Service Area

We currently offer Pan-India shipping. International shipping is not available at this time.


8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Changes to your order or delivery address can only be made before dispatch. Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, we cannot modify the details. For urgent requests, please contact us immediately at support@kimkashi.com.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our studio. Re-shipping such orders may incur additional charges.
